Epsom Salts and Alkaline Solutions for your Health

MgSO4·7H2O

Magnesium alone has enough benefits. I urge people to read the information offered on www.mgwater.com. First and foremost, if you have any kind of Calcium in your diet, make sure to have more of a Magnesium intake than Calcium; as a surplus of Calcium will form stones and other build ups that require Magnesium to keep from happening.

I'd like to offer a little explanation on the benefits of consuming Epsom salts in drinking water. This substance is the mix of an alkali and an acid, and offers the body not only a saline wash but nutrients as well.

The Sulfur side of the Magnesium Sulfate in Epsom salts is also very important to the body. Sulfur is vital to the creation and regeneration of the body's tissues. Unknown to most of us, sulfur is one of the basic elements of life. In fact, sulfur is the fourth most abundant mineral in the body. The proper acid-alkaline balance of the body cannot be maintained without it. Sulfur is vital to the creation and regeneration of the body's tissues.

Over 40 million people in the U.S. alone suffer from allergies.  An allergic response occurs when the body's immune system reacts to otherwise harmless substances we call allergens. Your body produces antibodies to fight the allergens. These antibodies then attach themselves to special cells in the respiratory and gastrointestinal tracts where they eventually explode, releasing chemicals including histamine, a powerful compound that actually causes allergic symptoms. Once our immune system decides that a particular type of pollen is a hostile invader, it becomes sensitized to it and can react with allergy symptoms for years, and perhaps a lifetime. Allergy drugs only suppress symptoms rather than treating the cause of the allergy and often result in uncomfortable side effects.  Dust, pollen, mold or animal dander in the air results in sneezing, runny nose, tearing eyes, sore throat, ear infection, stomach cramps, itchy skin, hives, headaches, urinating frequently, stuffiness, fatigue, diarrhea, and possibly asthma. Allergy symptoms are your body's reaction to something foreign in your system. Symptoms are caused by an antibody called immunoglobulin E, or IgE, a protein that the body produces to fight the foreign substance. If your body is sulfur deficient, the cell walls become hard and stiff, hindering the flow of fluid through the cell walls.

These allergy symptoms are not a bad thing and should not be suppressed; they are simply the result of a lack of nutrients. A flare-up or swelling of any area in the body is its way of attempting to increase the range of frequencies being produced. Increased ranges of frequency allow for an increased possibility of neutralization of free radicals or allergens, and we need nutrients to neutralize. When the body is deficient in nutrients, protein strands don't bond correctly, and the needed amino acids for the functions your body wants to fulfill are not present because they cannot be synthesized. In other words lack of nutrients leads to the neutralizing frequencies required to not be met; free radicals and allergens continue to output their signal resulting in flare-ups of allergy symptoms as the body continues to explode more and more white blood cells in fruitless effort to stop the allergen. The neutralizing frequencies to destabilize the foreign substance or allergen, are never met, simply because of the lack of nutrients.

Magnesium acts as the glue in most protein strands and is highly necessary for these functions to be carried out. Sulfur allows for a more acidic environment for these proteins in the bloodstream and increases conductivity allowing for a more overall alkali bloodstream due to a capacitance of the proper nutrients in the proper environment. Epsom salts provide a saline solution to increase frequency ranges without the need for your body to suffer allergic symptoms and flareup. But Epsom salts are not the only answer to stopping free radicals, a variety of frequencies must be used in conjunction for a greater effect. This can be done by consuming a variety of spices, herbal teas, alkaline foods; this alkaline consumption should account for 70-80% of all things you should consume and then balance it out with an acidic medium accounting for 20-30% of things you should consume. Acidic things are the easiest to come by, and truthfully we're all getting way too much of them. You can easily do a search online for alkaline/acidic foods to see the difference in PH measures of varieties of different foods.

There is a continued yin/yang balance when Magnesium Sulfates are broken down and utilized in the body. It is the same electrochemical process one can observe by making electrolytic reactions with salt and vinegar; it produces energy/electricity. This explains why acetic acid found in vinegar is also a healthy supplement; this acid serves as a type of "tincture" to increase the potency of the alkaline materials put into it. This addition of positives and negatives, or alkalies and acids, increases the overall range of frequencies your body can output. The more range increases your potential to fend off disease, repair tissue, and mainly just increases overall health.

Think of this saline capacity similar to providing acoustics to musical notes. A single string on an electric guitar, when plucked with the power off, produces only one note or frequency and fades quickly without much chutzpah, but once given capacity or "tincture", like the hollowed backing of acoustic guitars or a powered amplifier, a harmony of notes ensue. This same analogy can be used noting the effects of a grand piano or an amphitheater.

So, all things you would choose to eat, you should balance out, by welcoming it into a bath of water. This we already know. We need to drink water. Unfortunately, most water supplies are riddled with toxins, (and by toxins I mean a surplus of minerals that your system already has too much of) the mentality has been that if you enrich all your water with the nutrients needed you'll never deplete yourself; but this is not always so, we need to balance the intake of saturated water with pure water. Balance must be maintained in all things. The over-saturation of minerals in tap water is the cause of much disease; because it is up to the individual to pair that intake with liquids from fruits and vegetables and other sources of non-saturated water. Pure rain or distilled water can be a godsend to those who are overladen with minerals.

With proper balance, you'll never age and can even reverse the process of aging. It's possible there could be such mineral water in natural springs found in the world that give out this magnesium sulfate enriched solution that could very well be the fountain of youth. Unfortunately, most spring water contains too much of other materials like calcium, fluoride and lime; carbon strands that your body surpluses with and builds upon, forming calcium stones and uric crystals when taken in excess. Although these minerals are necessary they are usually overdosed.

One can also receive the similar benefits of using Epsom salts through the drinking of herbal teas, proper alkaline diet, and regular use of spices. Magnesium happens to be the base element in chlorophyll, mankind's healthiest companion.

The only downside to an excess of these things is dehydration. The symptoms of which are obvious and easy to cure with more water and sodium when necessar. When we observe our bodies bloating and swelling of the tissues we must realize that we need to alter our intake in some way shape or form. It seems that proper nutrients are the only thing we don't have to worry about having in excess because as soon as we've had too much, they let themselves out. They are the salts of life, and the masses will never realize this so it will always be cheap and available to those that know their true importance.

Also, most people when beginning a "detox" regimen only take a small amount of these healthy neutralizing agents. This results in the quick release of toxins stored in the body's fat cells into the bloodstream. Lack of neutralizing agents in this stage allows for the "toxins" to resonate strongly in the blood and intestines, causing great fatigue and gastrointestinal pain. This is because they are imbalanced oxidizers. A "toxin" is a part of a broken down molecule that requires an extra electron to be properly eliminated; if it cannot find a pair quickly it is transported out of the bloodstream and stored immediately among fat cells. This can easily be remedied by consuming more alkaline sources or doing breathing exercises that ionize the bloodstream. It's easy to give up an exercise or detox  program because you think it's too hard, but what you are really giving into is the toxins already present in your system. When you consume carbohydrates or sugars you're introducing agents that help to suffocate the noise of the oxidizing agents in your bloodstream.

Chemical observation of these occurrences aren't simple. The chemical reactions that occur are due to changes in capacity and breath as much as it relies on the intake of physical materials. During these stages the frequencies that our bodily aura puts out via the electromagnetic potential of the human heart, are very important in coping with oxidative stress.

When it comes to the possibility of consuming epsom salts or distilled water, the sad truth is that many will not acknowledge what is good for them and would rather ignore the truth than to risk having diarrhea voluntarily, but you have to purge yourself from time to time. Switching from an acidic system to an alkaline system is easy once you gain mental power over your addictions. These days we're all constantly exposed to high levels of aluminum, fluoride, and barium; and not to mention the bath of electromagnetic energy of an unknown variety of frequency that varies every where you go.

So, be aware. Take care of yourself. If you're feeling sluggish and down, start a regimen of your own choosing that is right for you. Get some sunlight and fresh air every day and stay healthy.
